Refund Policy



There will be no RETURNS if the customer voluntarily gives up the services before their execution is completed.


In the event of unforeseeable situations not attributable to the company, resulting in the service not being provided on the day and time previously purchased by the customer, the company will make available to the customer another day and time at his/her convenience, with no refund for any of the parts.


In compliance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data (“LPD”), we inform you that during the processing of the reservation, your personal data will be stored in the company’s files in order to to be able to provide you with our services. Consequently, we inform you that you can exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition of your personal data, being responsible for the data contained in the company file.

Price and Payment Terms

. The prices of the Services indicated on the Homing Facility Care platform include applicable taxes at the legal rate in force.

. The value of the contracted service will be charged automatically, after confirmation of the award of the service by the customer.

. If the service provider representing Homing Facility Care verifies, when providing the service, that the information previously provided through the platform, or the contracted service, does not correspond to the reality found on the spot, it reserves the right to adjust the price to the new service, budgeted according to the client’s instructions, upon agreement and final acceptance by the client on the Homing Facility Care platform.

. If the customer does not accept the quote, the Service will be canceled, charging Homing Facility Care the amount of €30 corresponding to the quote and travel, by debiting the credit card indicated by the customer.

. Payment is made through an independent payment gateway that will debit 50% of the value of the service before it is performed, with the other 50% being charged to the customer’s credit card after completion of the service.

. The invoice will be sent, by Homing Clean, in digital format to the email indicated by the customer, after confirmation that the payment has been properly collected.

Homing Clean Services

. The Homing Facility Care platform offers customers a wide range of maintenance, repair, removals, assembly and cleaning services, provided by their own professionals or service providers/partners. Homing Facility Care does not assume any responsibility for the provision of the services of the partners, namely, regarding the respective conditions of execution, availability, compliance with deadlines and quality of the service provided.

. Services must be purchased through the Homing Facility Care platform, chosen within the various categories and availability.

. The data provided for the provision of the service, as well as the contracted service, must be exact, true and complete.

. The service agreement between Homing Facility Care and the customer is effective from the moment the conditions are accepted by the customer and the purchase is completed.

. The cancellation of the service by the customer, if the Homing Facility Care service provider has not yet started its provision, may occur up to 24 hours before the day and time scheduled for its provision. In this case, the amount paid for the contracted service will be returned to the customer’s credit card. In the event of cancellation occurring within less than 24 hours, in relation to the day and time scheduled for its provision, the customer will be charged 50% of the value of the service contracted through the credit card or payment method provided.

. Homing Facility Care reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to cancel an order whose service has not started. At the moment, the amount corresponding to the contracted service is released to the customer’s credit card.

. At the end of the service, Homing Facility Care will provide an evaluation system so that the customer can evaluate the service provided. The evaluation will allow better control of the quality of the service provided, quality control of the partner and constant improvement of the service provided to the customer.
